This session we will discuss this interactive tool that covers all the components in writing a Transition Plan. Starting with selecting and administering assessment(s), writing measurable goals and supporting actives, development of a quality courses of study, affirming the presence of annual academic goals that support the post school goals and how to make sure agency involvement is present when/if needed.
In this session, you will learn strategies for differentiation in the classroom including how to implement small group instruction for student success.
By the end of this presentation, participants will understand the procedures and purposes of developing 504 Plans for students. Discussion will also center on strategies to support students with 504 Plans as well as effecient methods of documentation.
In the session we will discuss the meaning of Mindfulness and how to incorporate it into the classroom to encourage self regulation, focus, and decrease stress.
