Through our program, we have dramatically increased student GPA and greatly decreased the number of office referrals and discipline (ISS/OSS) received by students. We are in our fifth year. We started with 15 students and have grown to over 200 students. We want to bring awareness and generate interest in our group and give participants a blueprint on how to start and run their own mentorship program on their campuses. NEW FOR 2025 Previously, we had only a boy's group. In this school year, we added a girls group, G3. Our session will focus on informing others of the systems and goals we have established through sharing our learning process of improvements made over the five years.
