Have you ever been a part of conversations that ended with “my kids will never be able to do that” or “there’s nothing we can do to help them,” and wondered “does it have to be this way?” Join us for a conversation about collective efficacy: the common belief that all students can learn, grow, and achieve. This growth mindset can be used to positively impact school culture and ensure that all students are able to reach their full potential despite barriers. After attending our session, participants will be able to positively impact student achievement by fostering a school culture of collaboration and belief in the collective capability of all staff to improve student outcomes academically, socially, and emotionally. Participants will leave the session with practical tools to apply in professional conversations, data-driven instructional planning, PLCs, and leadership meetings.
