Conway ConnectED: PD Palooza 2025

As the Organizational Development Manager for Conway Regional Health System, I manage and support the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that promote the professional development and continuous learning of our team members - especially that of current and emerging leaders at CRHS.  Previous to my current role, I was a Professor of Psychology and Counseling for over 16 years.  I love good music, good books, and good Tex-Mex.  And my favorite principal is at Marguerite Vann Elementary School.
