The goal of this session will be to provide ideas for hands-on lessons that extend the existing HQIM for both literacy and math. Participants will learn strategies to extend Tier 1 HQIM to incorporate engaging, hands-on math and literacy lessons. Participants will learn about games, lesson ideas, and strategies for engaging students in the subject areas of phonics, phonemic awareness, writing, and math.
