In this session, you will learn strategies for differentiation in the classroom including how to implement small group instruction for student success.
We will discuss how to analyze data in order to maximize their students learning. We will discuss how they can use the data to create learning groups/Intervention groups for their classes that will create a higher level of learning and success for their students. We will also discuss how they can use data to further their discussions within PLCs.
Administrators and teachers will be given strategies for behavioral strategies and interventions to help students be more successful in the classroom as well as unstructured times. Documentation and processes will also be discussed.
We will present ELL strategies that can be implemented into core instruction. These strategies will include hands-on activities, digital resources, and direct-instruction models. These strategies will equip teachers to make content more accessible for English language learners. Participants will learn applicable ELL instructional practices that they can immediately implement in their classrooms.
This workshop will overview existing AI tools available for free and discuss helpful classroom policies concerning student use/misuse of AI technology. At the end of the workshop participants will be able to: Write a class policy concerning AI student use to be approved by administration; Create a toolbox of free AI tech to assist in lesson planning, grading, and creating; Format AI prompts.
This session will start with creating interactive Google Slideshows that include links from one slide to the next. You will then learn how to take those slides and make them into a live web page that can be linked in Schoology or Thrillshare. These live pages can be sent to parents, students, or linked on a platform like Schoology. I will show you how to take the code into Schoology. It sounds complicated, but it is just a few clicks! This is a fun and exciting way to increase your digital use in your classroom. These can also be used to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing visuals for parents as well.
